Context:
Part 1: Customer required a batch order of stainless-steel braided hose with a quick turnaround, as the product was required for the end user. Delivery to be made within 3 working days leading up to the Christmas rush period and before the holiday shutdown.
Part 2: The customer later required custom CNC-machined flanges to be attached to the hose assembly with a quick turnaround.

Our Response:
RFQ received at 11:27 am, our proposal was sent to the customer at 11:40. Just 13 minutes following the initial enquiry. Competitive prices were offered, and the order was received by the customer on time. They later required custom stainless-steel flanges attached to the braided hose. Through collaboration of both our team and engineering partners, the flanges were machined, and the braided hose assemblies were returned to the customer within four working days.
