Our quality range of Hydraulic tube clamps have been manufactured to the highest specifications using quality materials and conforms to DIN 3015 and DIN 3570 standards. The vast range includes: Light, heavy and double units in sizes ranging from 6mm to 168.3mm. Body materials of polproylene, polyamide, rubber and aluminium, also with plates and bolts in steel (Zinc plated) and stainless steel offering anti-corrosion and fire retardant options. U bolts, pipe saddles, steel clamps and O clamps are available. Applications: Hydraulics, Construction, Agriculture, Mining, OEM Machine Buidling, Offshore, Marine, Automotive Technology, Machine Tool, Lubrication Systems. RSB CLAMPS ACCORDING TO DIN 3015 ARE DNV CERTIFIED. The clamps system for vibration dampening and structure borne noise insulation. We have simplified the selection of this clamp range by making it self selection. Select in the following order: 1. Clamp body by material, series, group and tube size 2. Weld plate by series and group 3. Top plate by series and group (not required with slotted head and socket head bolts as they countersink into body) 4. Bolts by series and group. As a regular feature of series A and B clamps, screws, rail nuts and cover plates are zinc coated, welding plates phosphatized and support rails uncoated. As a regular feature of series C clamps, all steel parts are uncoated. Please order the same series to make compllete clapm. i.e. Series A clamp, Series A Top Plate, Series A Bottom Plate and Series A screws or bolts. Supplied in Pairs
